Yeah, the sentence "I am the least racist person you have ever interviewed" is clearly a hyperbole.

However, if that is a hyperbole, is the sentence "I am not a racist" to be interpreted as hyperbole too?

The best response to an unfounded accusation is often no response. Unfortunately for President Trump the allegation has solid foundation.

He lied about what he said. He did not back-track. Lie and be proven a liar, and you are a bad liar, one of the most blatant fools possible.
