Did anything happen this month to taint Sinema and prop up McSally?

All I can gather was McSally released her first anti-Sinema ad, followed by posters now proclaiming Sinema as a bad candidate running a terrible campaign

Dude, Atlas declared Cisneros a surefire loser because his opponent regurgitated a discredited attack against him.

It's Atlas, they actually think TV ads move the needle when actual political science research indicates they don't.

I've thought Sinema was overrated for a while now. The ad itself probably won't matter much, but it's pretty telling that the first pointed attack ad in the race came from McSally despite Sinema having nearly a year long head start on her. She should've been using that time to define McSally. Instead she squandered it on moderate hero positioning and beating up on Democrats.

But I thought negative ads don’t help much.

What a classic case of shooting one’s self in the foot.  Maybe head actually.

It's not that easy to attack and define when McSally has been engaged in a primary. It's a risky move because Sinema could spent millions trying to define her and Ward ends up winning. The whole primary has been kind of fluid up until now with Ward and McSally pretty close so I could understand her holding back.

Sounds like a win/win to me.

There are some awful people running for Congress this year, but Ward has to be in the running for worst.

Omg, I can't wait for that b!tch to lose tomorrow.

In addition to lose for a second time (after she got CRUSHED so badly by John McCain in 2016) and so she will be loser for life and for ever.

After all, as a state senator, she introduced a bill that would have blocked Arizona from working with federal agencies that collected electronic data without a search warrant, which demonstrated her weakness on terrorism. And even after McCain's death, she still doesn't seem to show any respect for him.

Ward is nothing but a deception. She deserves to be beaten the hell out of her by McSally tomorrow.

Crushing her again tomorrow will be another way to honor McCain's memory, legacy and courage.

It has something to do with Kelli Ward being a libertarian and against NSA surveillance

And  I would never assume McSally as the heir to the "maverick title" she's been rather disrespectful to his work and is more of a partisan than McCain.

Please don't judge the state of campaigns based on ads, you'll likely notice that ads (especially when McSally has to spend 4 million against Ward the last couple weeks of a campaign) are targeted at where the audience is currently thinking. If McSally was confident she would have spent that 4 mil on Sinema.

Dems will win TX-13. I live there (which means I know better than the 99% of atlas that doesn't live here).. It's 69% urban, 30% hispanic, and it's a blue wave year.

I wonder that Trump hasn't endorsed here. Obviously Arpaio is his secret choice.

If Arpaio goes on to November and then loses, he will proably claim there has been voter fraud by illegals casting their ballots. Repeat the same lie than Trump told in 2016 to justify his loss in the popular vote. What gets repeated, gets remembered.

Isn't it the most Republican district in the country?

I would like it if Sheriff Joe Arpaio can be appointed to the US Senate
