Where should the next Grand Theft Auto game be set?

I love the 80's, so Vice City being set in the cocaine fueled early 80's Miami was just epic. Cruising down the street in my Porsche blasting 80's tunes was a great part of Vice City.

San Andreas is based on LA, SF and Vegas.
GTA's version of DC could easily include Baltimore, and even Philadelphia

I think the series will be returning to Vice City or Las Venturas for the next installment, but I think we're more likely to see a setting in the contemporary era than the 1970s/80s.

As for a new city, I think GTA has just about covered all of the U.S. metros that are "glitzy" enough for the game (which the exception of maybe Chicago or Atlanta) so I don't think the Dev team at Rockstar will spend the time to conceptualize and build  a new city from scratch. 

Also, so much of what makes the GTA universe enjoyable and funny is its caricature and satire of American popular culture so I don't think the game could ever work in a foreign metro.

Hoping for something that expands few city's or even expands the County. If not then I would want a New York City type scenario (with hopefully parallels to the five boroughs in the map).

Oh, something worthy of mention: Rockstar has stated at some point that they'd be unlikely to choose any left side driving city because of how much recoding would have to be done and how the audience could react to it. So GTA London or Australia is unlikely.

I'd waste a lot of time playing a GTA game based around Baltimore and Washington, since there would be countless missions resembling something out of The Wire.
