How many candidates for the 2020 Dem. presidential nomination will participate in at least one debate (and I'm counting "kiddie table" debates here, so by this standard 17 candidates qualified on the GOP side in the 2016 cycle)?

And will there be any "major" office holders (people who've at least been elected to the House of Representatives) who won't qualify for a single debate?  E.g., if there are 20+ candidates running, are they really going to all get invites to either the adult or kiddie debates?  Many of those names are never even going to make it into a poll question, so how are they going to manage to get the 1% support that'll probably be used as a threshold?
