Someone else. David Jolly is too moderate for Florida Republicans. He is a Never Trump, and FL GOP has a lot of Trumpists, despite the old guard of Bush and Rubio people in there.

Jacobin is of course right - with Scott in the Senate race, there really is no room for anyone else. If he were to drop out, the seat would be pretty safe for Nelson because there are no alternatives who can put together the necessary ground game quickly enough.
