I doubt he would win another primary after all he had very mixed success in past races and that was before a) sexual misconduct allegations being made against him b) losing a federal statewide race in Alabama. Both of the last two factors will probably hamper his future electoral chances.

Moore's defeat was a silent victory for the GOP with the hope of getting him out of the spotlight and out of peoples' minds by Nov 2018. If he manages to not only get the spotlight back but be on the ballot as well it would be calamitous for the party.

     Moore's victory also came against a candidate who was plagued by suspicions of corruption. He's the kind of gadfly who runs for everything and doesn't get off the ground. The time he managed to secure a nomination he went on to show everyone why he doesn't belong in the limelight. He probably runs, but I doubt he gets nominated.
