I like DeLeon and I hope he proves himself to be a formidable candidate.
But the ridiculous criticism of Feinstein from the usual Bernie bro suspects has reached the level of hysteria.
Jfern and the Canuck are in dire need of a cold shower.

To be fair, Feinstein sucks. Her record on foreign policy and civil liberties issues like the PATRIOT Act has been terrible, and she's just flat-out been around too long.

Republicans will likely flock to Feinstein once they find out her opponent is a left wing Hispanic Democrat.

I think they're more likely to leave the line blank. See Modoc and Lassen counties in 2016. There was about a 30-40% (don't have the exact numbers on me)  decline in votes from President to Senate.

Your great strategy of trying to shove a sh**t sandwich down our throats isn't working. Your sh**tty candidate Hillary lost last year.

omg shut up

More likely that they simply do not turn out to vote if both Sen and Gov Races are 2 Dems.

Bernie (I supported him too, at least over Hillary) lost, get over it.

I like how DeLeon is up 37-15 with Republicans, while Feinstein dominates 58-22 with Democrats. DeLeon does best with conservatives, and Feistein does best with liberals.

Well, you can guess who dislikes Feinstein the most in the state. Think of it like Sanders winning Oklahoma or the Appalachia.
This poll likely oversamples rednecks in Bakersfield and Lakeside. I can't see country club Republicans voting to spite Feinstein. I would expect business conservatives to vote for Feinstein by a wide margin.

Yeah, no doubt a lot will skip the race. But of the ones that do vote, Feinstein will likely win them.

So the Senate and Governor race will be D vs D. Nice.

Nice. Can't wait to get rid of Rohrabacher and Dipsh[inks] Devin.
