I'm thinking Tilt D. The fundamentals are there so I think the Democrats are more likely than not to win the majority, but I still feel that some of the GOP's structural advantages may insulate them from wave conditions to a certain extent.

I think either way, we'll probably see the slimmest majority for a party since 2000 regardless.

Dems just need a majority, when the time is right, for redistricting, Dems will cement their majorities with Democratic govs in MI, IL, WI, PA and FL.
