Are you talking about the enacted plan? If so, here are the current PVIs:

CO 1: D+21
CO 2: D+9
CO 3: R+6
CO 4: R+13
CO 5: R+14
CO 6: D+2
CO 7: D+6

Seats with +6 or more are not considered competitive. FL-26 (D+6) and MN-7 (R+12) are the only such seats in the nation held by the opposing party in the minority in those districts.

Seats in the +2 to +5 are in a competitive range and EVEN and +1 would be highly competitive. Here are the current statistics for those districts.

+5: total 16, opposing 1D 2R
+4: total 16, opposing 1D
+3: total 13, opposing 1D 1R
+2: total 15, opposing 3D 1R
+1: total 13, opposing 2D 3R
EVEN: total 8, 4D 4R

The EVEN seats split equally for the parties and 38% of the +1 seats are held by the opposite party in that district, so they are highly competitive. In the +2 to +5 category, 17% are held by the opposite party, so there is some competition, but generally one expects the favorite party to win.

But for CO I would say there are 6 non-competitive seats with 3 for each party and 1 that leans Dem. It's a fair map, but not particularly good from the standpoint of competitiveness.

Only 18.6% seats nationally are competitive. So Colorado at 14.3% is only slightly below average. Not particularly bad.

Why is appearence of the district more important then outcome/communities of interest?(Not that I have any particular love for this map in particular, the denver district is kind of packy)
