What would Reagan's presidential library have looked like had Hinckley killed him? Would it have focused completely on his pre-presidency life?

Or would there have been no Reagan presidential library had Reagan been assassinated just two months into his presidency?

I think there would only be small memorial buildung in CA that consists some of his documents and other personal stuff. But hard to tell.
