Not doubting this poll or anything, but they got 3200 usable responses in a two hour time-frame in one night?

Yeah, this seems kind of crazy and strange. Who even contacts 3200 voters for a poll?

Did we see their previous poll? Looks like it showed Moore+2. I don't recall it appearing on here.

It was posted earlier, and also had 3000 voters I think in one night as well.

Some pollsters are just that skilled.

3200 respondents over a 2 hour period would cost in excess of ten thousand dollars, and I am not actually sure any survey company would be capable of getting that many respondents.

I think it's entirely possible this was a call-in poll advertised on the local news

Not really. Most of the polls in this race have been junk polls and I haven't been basing my opinions of this race on the polls anyway. Too much risk of a shy pedo effect.

The fact that this is a real phenomenon of this present society makes me want to throw up.

At least they're still shy (for now). Maybe Moore's election will cause pedos to be out and proud, like Trump's election did for the Neo Nazis.

I'd like Moore to win, but then get censured and expelled and have Gov. Ivey appoint someone to the seat

There is no shy pedo effect. Shy voters aren't a thing in US politics. What likely is a thing is that the polls are underestimating Jones and a different electorate will turn out that will elect Doug Jones.

What is this Strategy Research polling outfit that conducted this poll and their overall track record and history?

Sure Raycom is a known Media outfit, and although Fox 6 has their name attached, this Strategy Research outfit doesn't ring a ball from previous elections.....

Although it seems a bit odd that only 8% identified as Independent or don't typically vote in either Democratic or Republican Primaries....

Unfortunately I couldn't find any link to their cross-tabs, but it wouldn't surprise me that is the case with most other polls of the AL-SEN special election we have seen, there was both an excessively restrictive voter screen, combined with oversampling of older voters because of the methodology employed....

Let's face it, we haven't seen hardly any quality polling outfit polls from this election, as opposed to sketchy outfits that make most of their money off of private/corporate surveys or polls, and basically use sloppy political polling as a means to "get their name out there"....

Strategy Research was really good in the GOP primary and runoff.

Not sure if it means anything for the general election.

As far as I can tell Strategy Research does not even exist. Would love to see what evidence you have otherwise.
