This is only going to get worse as the allegations and rescinded endorsements keep rolling in.

The million dollar question is whether this scandal is going to go down like Access Hollywood and be forgotten by election day, or if it's going to be like Akin's "legitimate rape" and just intensify as election day draws nearer.

I'd bet on the latter. Moore is a bean-counter compared to Trump, and he's not nearly as skilled at deflection.

One problem though is Missouri is no where near a Solid GOP state as Alabama is . I really hope Jones wins though.

Turnout is going to matter big league in this race - Doug Jones is make a concerted effort of getting the African American base of the Alabama Democratic Party excited and ready to vote, while Roy Moore is going to depress turnout, more specifically and significantly of suburban and urban Republicans.

Jones has a chance. Moore is still the slightly more than marginal favorite, but Jones now has a chance.

Sure, Moore is a phony. Doug Jones says he believes in science on his website, but also affordable health care. Too controversial for Alabama?

I've said five times now at least on Atlas that Satan (R) would beat Jesus (D) in Alabama, and you probably can't get a closer parallel to that in Alabama than the child molester of little girls vs. the guy who prosecuted the KkK church bombers that murdered little girls.

Jones isn't quite Jesus, but Moore is probably the closest thing to Satan we're going to get.

It's very disgusting, though also totally expected, that he is still leading in the polls. I told you guys not to put any faith in Alabama.

This race is very likely to be decided by the result of the Iron Bowl. If we lose the Iron Bowl, turnout will be demoralized here, and we could be in danger. The good people of Alabama have high standards. They will associate the feelings of disappointment and shame with punishment for the actions of a single (law) alum.
