Shock horror because what everybody already knows is happening turns out to, in fact, actually be happening?

The UK could tell the City, Bermuda, the Caymans and all to go and stuff it.

The EU could tell Luxembourg, Ireland and Switzerland to all go and do one.

The US could do the same with Delaware...

But instead we'll get loads of polticians making half baked promises about "closing loopholes". As if that is possible without some level of understanding that it can't happen unless some countries start being forced to behave, and that "muh national sovereignty" has to take a back seat for the good of democracy.
