So these things are two days from now, and there are dozens and dozens of these races, and I obviously can't watch them all, so I just want to keep an eye on the key ones. So if anyone can provide a list, and maybe even a rundown of the competitive general assembly and state senate seat races to watch, I'd be really thankful.

I would watch the 16th, it's a traditionally GOP stronghold but trending Democratic. Obama won it twice and Clinton won it by 14. These types of places often become "upsets." I would guess Dems get the assembly seats but Bateman hangs on in the Senate. As for the rest, Dems will win LD7 but not much else will change.

Thanks guys, NE politics in split ticket states can be tricky to watch, especially when people (meaning I) don't know a lot about the individual races and politics in the localized areas far away. I'll definitely keep note of them and watch them on election night.

I'm watching LD16 (Somerset County area) and LD19. Assemblyman Craig Coughlin (D-Middlesex) could be the next Speaker of the Assembly, but he has a formidable opponent in Deepak Malhotra in Middlesex County.
