Definitely California, not sure about the other two, the candidates for the last two spots would be Oregon, Rhode Island, Nevada, Washington, New Mexico, Vermont, Maryland and New Jersey. But definitely California as the first to be kicked out.

KY: Become an independent country with Donald Trump as President-for-life and Santander as his Vice President. Mitch McConnell gets expelled and declared a persona-non-grata.

AL: To become an independent hard-right theocracy under their ruler Roy Moore.

Btw, Indiana would be on this list after Ohio, but Indiana is useful just to drive between Michigan and Illinois. If every part of the state except Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties (maybe St. Joseph too) were deleted off the map, that would be awesome.

Can we wait until after I party in Indianapolis for New Year's Eve?  Might also need some time to evacuate my sister and maybe one last meal at St. Elmo in Indy, too. Tongue

Pretty sure removing states wouldn't be very high on Her Supreme Majesty's Divine Priority List.

Give Texas back to Mexico.
Move the house of Roy Moore to create a 1 home enclave of DC (if he lived in a Democrat area, he would never have gotten anywhere politically), while merging the rest into Mississippi.
Merge Kentucky and Tennessee.

California - Democrats would never win another Presidential election.

Vermont - Go join Canada if you like socialism so much.

New Jersey - Nobody likes New Jersey.

Everything said in good fun, of course! Smiley

Vermont just elected a Republican governor, LOL.  Anyway:

1) Merge the Dakotas to make one Dakota
2) Reunite the Virginias to heal ourselves from the Civil War and possibly piss off Ice Spear
3) Combine Mississippi and Alabama

It also overwhelmingly elected (and continues to re-elect) an open Democratic-Socialist and instituted a single payer system. Nothing against Governor Phil Scott, but he's not exactly a beacon for conservatism and doesn't make up for the overall political environment of the state.

St. Elmo's has great steak. It's a smidge overrated but it's still very, very good

Those true about nearly all politicians. Would Barack Obama have gotten anywhere politically from a if he were from a Republican state?

Funny thing that in your state he could still be elected to Congress from the 7th district, while Roy Moore wouldn't be elected a proverbial dogcatcher in DC.

Can we just take West Virginia, and PUSH it somewhere else? Like into the Atlantic for instance?

North Dakota, South Dakota become part of Nebraska.
Vermont becomes part of New Hampshire.

I could go on, though. I could easily cut 20 states.

My three choices:

New Jersey - Yes, before today I would have vigorously defended my home state, but after today's incident reminded me of all the racism I faced there I will join the rest of Atlas in sinking it to the bottom of the sea.

Texas - Nothing against the state personally besides its conservatism and its suburban sprawl. No, I'm actually doing this for a friend who really really hates Texas after living there his entire life.

Florida - It'll be underwater by the end of the century, so why wait?

They could all just move en masse to Georgia if they wanted to make their voting power count.

...so basically the trail of tears but for black people?
