Out of curiosity, is this because you think people with college degrees have higher economic expectations (based on high economic status of previous generations of college grads) and are more likely to blame those at the top due to close proximity to them compared to the more rural WWC?

No.

It's not a question of blame, just a question of how well-off a person feels they are. Higher costs of healthcare, post-secondary education, and housing make say, a 35 year old professional in NOVA feel less secure than their parents did in the 80's even if their real income is similar or higher.
