Like I said earlier, Christmas would be the "perfect" time for Trump to do it. It'll take time for there to be any response. It would be absolutely dumb, but if he's going to do it, that would be the "best" time.

Also, if he gave a speech about it, it would make me laugh. That's not going to make this look any better.
