I expected Cagle to be in the lead, but Kemp? 7%? That's shocking to me.

In my opinion (at least before he tried to be all right-wing loony to distinguish himself), Kemp would be the hardest candidate to beat.

Name recognition. People here know the name even if they never pay attention to politics. He will bank quite a few votes based off that alone.
