According to Democrats Russia's $100,000 in Facebook ads was the most effective campaign ever. Clinton's $1.2 billion + dozens of Super PACs + thousands of political experts were not able to do what a bunch of Slavics with $100,000 were able to do.

Therefore whoever hires Russia to spend $100,000 on Facebook will win the election.
