I think the first county to flip back to D would probably be Saginaw, due to its margin in 2016. The others I'm not sure in what order they might flip.

Wild swings are possible against a President when the President is unpopular.

probably translates to this if Donald Trump should be as unpopular as he is now (roughly 56% disapproval) tries to get re-elected:



That's 2008, one of the worst years ever for a Republican nominee in Michigan. That year the Democrat got 57% of the vote in Michigan.
