How good a pollster is Goucher?  Anyway, as I expected it's Lean R, but Hogan can always become Ehrlich 2.

He will probably win, but his ceiling is quite low no matter his personal popularity.  This is about what I expected.

It's a year out from the election, in an ultra democratic state. These numbers are terrible considering Hogan's approval rating, and they will only get worse. Lean D
