Kim Jong is easily the most dangerous, because he's in a postion of power, which the other three can't claim.  As for most insane, it's pretty close between Le Pen and Il, but I voted Le Pen because I know more about his specific positions on issues.  Robertson has devolved into a rambling idiot, but Moore is much more coherent than Robertson.  Moore has the capability to process thought and debate, even if he's hanging on the fringe.
