I wouldn't if I were Biden. He's literally one of the most obvious possibly candidates for a #MeToo scandal to occur during the race.

Elizabeth Warren has a quiet army forming. If you’ve ever seen her speak live, there’s this unbelievable energy from the audience. She was here last year, promoting her book, and the audience were diverse, well informed, and PASSIONATE about Warren’s world viewpoint.

With her Committee seats and the numerous bipartisan bills she’s written (hearing aids w/Grassley, marijuana w/Gardner etc), she’s priming to be the front runner.

Rahm's not running because he'd be defeated in a primary. What makes anyone think that a run for President would end any differently?

I don’t see why Rahm wouldn’t run. He’s got huge resources left in his campaign account and nothing else to do. He’s obviously not going to win but when has that stopped anyone running?

Michael Avenatti got into a really cringey twitter fight with Jon Favreau.

Kerry was on The View and was asked about 2020, and he again says that he "doubts" he'll run for office again:

Warren says she's going to start opening up and talking to press on the Hill that she's previously ignored:

Booker's leak today is the best kind of publicity stunt.

A substinative publicity stunt? Yeah the hearings made me gain a lot of respect for him. I think he has a better shot in 2020 then people think, and he and Harris will both seriously contest the Minority vote.

Former Senator Booker. Doesn’t have to run in 2020, but if he’s defeated in the Democratic Primary he can run for his (old) seat in 2020. Democrats won’t be able to really bash Booker for this obvious political stunt because it’s popular with the grassroots. It’s a crazy play.

Because if Rahm ran, he's exactly the kind of candidate an extremist on the left would go after as an target for assassination, and you generally don't get secret service protection until you are either the nominee, or very close to becoming the nominee.

Joe Biden opened a new official Instagram account:

https://www.instagram.com/joebiden/

His old one was still a now inactive government account (vp44). He picked up thousands of followers very quickly. Maybe a setup for 2020?

Brian Schatz headed to Iowa later this month, though he says "There are no circumstances under which I would consider running":

In fact he says that if offered the nomination, he would refuse:

On top of the several speaking engagements he has scheduled for later this year and 2019, I think it will be no surprise if we see another Biden campaign.

Sad. Schatz with the correct, progressive VP could easily put up 350 EV on Trump/Pence.

That's where I went to college. My sister goes there now, and she didn't tell me about this!? Hell, she was there today!

Oh. That was the day before school started for her. Alright, I forgive her.
