What if Virginia Governor Mark Warner decided to seek the Democratic nomination in 2004 and faced President George W. Bush in the general? Warner was a very popular governor of Virginia, just an FYI.

I'd add Florida to that total as well...plus I think Warner wins the Popular vote by 49.5-49 margin.
