My favourite is still the 2001-2011 version of FL-22.  It was basically a district Republicans drew for Clay Shaw to have as many Republicans as possible in a district in heavily Democratic Broward and Palm Beach counties.  At some points, the district was only connected by a beach or inlet in order to avoid a Democratic neighborhood.
