Keep squirming around like a parasite Beta Bruce, I love watching it, especially after seeing Cox beat Valaout.

Even if true, they would not have been counted, so wouldn't affect the 2nd district election. Odd that no one there remembers voting for Golden, though...

Poliquin is really setting himself up nicely for a rematch, isn't he?

If it happens and I lived in ME 2. I would 100% vote for Golden even if he is a communist #populist. He won fair and square with RCV.

I don’t think he runs again. There are three (potential) candidates who could beat Golden in 2020: Brakey, who won two counties in the 2nd over Angus. Trey Stewart, who at 24 was just elected minority whip in the Maine House. And Garrett Mason, who was Minority whip in the Maine Senate and ran the only competent Republican campaign for Governor (though LePage’s chosen candidate won every county).

Im saying if there was an SE in the 2nd because the courts say RCV is unconstitutional.

So it's done. He can appeal to the Supreme Court, which obviously won't take the case. The recount he's paying for is ongoing, but I don't see any reason why Golden won't be seated on Jan. 3.

I can't get this image out of my head of Poliquin still acting like a congressmen next year, even going as far as to show up to Washington D.C every week and attempting to wrestle Jared Golden out of his seat on a constant basis.
