Really? Alaska and Hawaii, the two most ethincally diverse states in the country, both went for him by decent margins. And also, it's dog-whistle racism to imply he has no black supporters.

They were caucuses though.

Lol and?

Undemocratic process that discriminated against POC. Caucuses are a plague that should've been abolished already.

The most undemocratic process was how the DNC ran the primary and rigged it against Bernie Sanders. That's not me saying that, it's fellow members of the DNC and Courts that agree with that assessment.

Bernie won the most diverse major city in the US in a primary, Oakland, CA.

tl;dr the judge "agreed" with the plaintiff by default but ruled that there was no actual harm done to the plaintiff so they dismissed the case

That article is typical sensationalized Bernie crybaby garbage written by people who can't fathom that anybody disagrees with them.

Black people are not coming out for Bernie.

They didn't in 2016 but if he keeps putting in the time and effort, they very well may in 2020.

Ugh, the projectuon is unbearable. The Judge agreed that the DNC rigged the primaries and it was ovbious. The DNC representative in the case even admitted they could pick a candidate in a back room if they wanted to. The fact that the judge still rulled in favor of the DNC shows how much of an oligarchy the country has become.

Wow! Great job to the sh**tty journalist Matt Sainato, writing a headline that says one thing and then putting a correction footnote at the bottom saying that his headline was misleading!

Sanders isn't going to get the Democratic nomination, period. He and Harris probably don't even get along if you go by the rumors that he's not an easy person to work with among his colleagues.

I have read the article, you seem to be missing the point completely. Do you agree with the judge that the DNC clearly rigged the primary in favor of Clinton? The reason they got off with this lawsuit was because of how corrupt your justice system has really become. It favors the Rich and lets the poor root in jail for the minimal thing.

He won't give goodies to their donors like the rest of them, probably a big reason why.

No. Read the article. He ASSUMES the position of the plaintiff because it's the default side to take in a class action lawsuit. This ASSUMPTION is not based off of the arguments that he plaintiffs or defendants made. Reread where I bolded above.

No, they got off for the opposite reason: because the judge found that even in the charges were true there were no concrete damages inflicted upon the plaintiffs. Again, that is what I bolded from above. There are lots of problems with the justice system but in this case they are getting it right.

Start citing your claims with text from the article rather than spewing garbage.

There were no black candidates in 2016. If he runs in 2020 he will probably run against at least one black candidate.

No, it's because he thinks he is the only person in the world that is right and that his way is the only way. It's not about donors, it's about his personality. He's difficult to work with and always has been.

Stop with this, it's obvious they are attacking Sanders because his policies would get rid of the corrupt system of money in politics that they are currently benifiting from whether they win or lose elections. Bernie is the most popular politician in the country currently, how about inbracing him instead of attacking him.

People who have been on his staff have said he is difficult to work with and it's a stretch to claim that they are in on some grand conspiracy against him.
