What areas will be LEAST effected by climate change?

In response to the other thread about how much of South Asia would be uninhabitable due to temperature rises, I have to ask -
What areas of the world will be least effected by climate change? Which will be most livable?

All areas will be affected. Some less than others. Cooler areas will warm thus leading to more crop yields. The upper Midwest, Scandinavia, and Russia will benefit with that. Other areas will be affected by more flooding and face trillions in relocation costs, insurance damages.

So, to sum it up, it won't be a question of who would be the least affected but rather which areas would fare better than the rest.
