Here in Central Florida, it's going to be partial (90% totality) and last for just shy of 3 hours, and cover most of the sun for my area, I will be working then but I face and window and can't wait for the dusk like atmosphere.

We're right in the path of totality, so yes. The local schools will all be out for at least the day so they don't have to worry about getting sued for letting kids go blind.

I am not an expert in Solar Eclipses. Will I be able to see anything cool from my perch in Berkshire County, Western Massachusetts, Southern New England?

You'll get to see a partial eclipse, but you're not in the path of totality.

No. I'll be working, and I don't think it will be an event so important that I will try to take time off to see it. It's kind of "meh" to me.

August 21st is the first day of school for my students. It is a half day, so afterwards I plan to watch what for me will be a partial eclipse.

I'll only watch it while it's above a Trump county.   (Anti-BRTD normal)

I would definitely love to see it, but I just don't see how the logistics will work. I guess I'll have to wait until 2024 or 2045.

(If you're not in the path of the totality, who cares?)

Now one question, I checked again and we'll be at 91% totality in my area, does that mean we won't get any effects? Or will is still get dark, but not totality dark?

If the skies are clear you will notice it dim as if a cloud passed in front of the sun. Sunlight passing through the leaves of trees will create crescent images on the ground. If you look through special filtered glasses you will see that same crescent shape. The sun will remain too bright to look at directly, though you will be tempted to get a quick glimpse.

We can only tell like a cloud passing through the sun

No one can look up at a clear sun.

No, can't see it from where I live

The next total solar eclipse I'll be able to see from where I am is on Christmas Day

Yes, I live within the path of totality.  I'm not sure what I'm doing yet, though.  I might go to the minor league baseball stadium for a watch party followed by a game.
