On what grounds? There's no evidence he benefited from or even knew about the corruption in his administration.

No, Harding wasn't involved in the scandals, and overall his presidency gets a bad shake, he was not a bad president, the country was peaceful and happy under his tenure, and he was actually much beloved by voters of his time.
