The Beginning of the Beginning:

New Hampshire Democratic Primary (100% in)Sad

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer: 36.5%
Sen. Jeff Merkley: 29.2%
Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand: 15.4%
Mayor Bill De Blasio: 7.6%
Sen. Catherine C. Masto: 6.0%
Gov. Andrew Cuomo: 3.1%

Sen. Gillibrand withdraws after Third Place in NH!!!

Sen. Gillibrand announces withdrawal on Primary Night, in Concord, NH.

"... We've come far, we've outdone people's expectations, but it's still not enough. I'm so thankful... I must withdraw from the Presidential race, but trust me, our movements made one hell of a ripple!!!..."

Gov. Cuomo withdraws!!!

Gov. Cuomo withdraws on Primary Night, in Manchester, NH.

"...Look America, it's been an honor, it really has... My campaign wasn't successful four years ago, in fact, we did worse here tonight than four years ago... It has become clear to me that the American people need a new, fresh face to be President. We need a young Democratic Leader for our party!!! We need to be relevant again, I won't make an endorsement just yet, I'd like you to decide for yourselves, as you have tonight. I'll be returning to New York tonight... I'll also announce that I'm not running for re-election in 2026. My public career is going to be over soon..."

Fmr. Gov. Patrick withdraws!!

Fmr. Gov. Patrick withdraws in Charleston, SC, the day after Primary night.

"...So... Our support here has collapsed, but don't worry... I'll find someone who will work for us, work for the black men, the white men, women, LGBT members, everyone. We're gonna come out of this strong... Thank you..."

-

South Carolina Democratic Primary (100% in)Sad

Sen. Jeff Merkley: 34.5%
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer: 34.5%
Sen. Catherine C. Masto: 20.7%
Mayor Bill De Blasio: 8.7%

Mayor De Blasio announces end of WH bid!!!

Mayor De Blasio announces abandonment of WH bid in Charleston, SC, on Primary night.

"...It's been wonderful, but I gotta go back to New York City. I'm still going to keep fighting for the biggest city in America, and making my voice heard to fight for every one of you!!!..."

Rundown:

The New Hampshire and South Carolina Primaries sure changed the race in many different ways. The field had been even more cleared, with many of the "old moderate guard" stepping aside. Whitmer's victory in the New Hampshire Primary proved she was a force to be reckoned with. Due to Patrick's exit, South Carllina was ripe for the taking. On Primary Night, South Carolina was too close to call between Senator Merkley and Governor Whitmer. It still hasn't been called after a couple weeks, who knows who won?

---

New Hampshire Republican Primary (100% in)Sad

Fmr. Gov. Bruce Rauner: 25.6%
Fmr. Sec. Ben Carson: 15.6%
Gov. Eric Greitens: 15.6%
Sen. Tom Cotton: 12.0%
Gov. Greg Abbott: 11.9%
Fmr. Sec. Ryan Zinke: 9.8%
Fmr. Gov. Sarah Palin: 6.2%
Others: (Mostly Sen. Rand Paul): 3.3%

Fmr. Sec. Zinke drops out of the Primary!!

Fmr. Sec. Zinke announces the suspension of his Presidential Campaign on the day following Primary night, in Manchester,NH.

"...Look, I ain't leavin the political world yet. Vote for Ben in the upcoming primaries, he has the best chance to beat Kasich. Kasich... I can't stress this enough... Isn't a bad guy... He just shouldn't be President...

-

South Carolina Republican Primary Results (100% in)Sad

Fmr. Sec. Ben Carson: 34.5%
Sen. Tom Cotton: 23.4%
Gov. Greg Abbott: 11.9%
Gov. Eric Greitens: 10.0%
Fmr. Gov. Bruce Rauner: 9.3%
Fmr. Gov. Sarah Palin: 8.5%
Others: 2.4%

Gov. Abbott decides to end WH bid!!!

Gov. Abbott declares his Presidential bid "over" in Houston, TX, the day after Primary Night.

"...I'll make a recovery, much like this great city has. It couldn't have happened without you, I'm ending my bid for the White House, but I'm still gonna fight like hell for Texas!!!..."

Rundown:

The New Hampshire and South Carolina Primaries completely changed the course of the race. It seemed as if Carson, Rauner, and Cotton had become the front runners, leaving Greitens and Palin to the dust. The collapse of Demi-frontrunner Sarah Palin's candidacy shocked many, then again, she was seen as "another Trump", "an idiot", and she hadn't held office since 2009. She had decided to stay in the race, though. Governor Greitens was waiting for the Southern States and the Midwest, and Nevada polls have shown him gaining steam. Senator Cotton is waiting for the South to come to the rescue, he's not dropping out because his fundraising is surprisingly strong. Secretary Carson is undoubtedly the frontrunner though, but can Rauner win Nevada?

Developments in the White House:

On January 30th, 2024, Secretary of Veterans' Affairs Jim Webb announced his resignation.. Within two days, his replacement was named as Chief of Staff Nikki Haley. The Chief of Staff has been replaced by Matt Carle, the 2016 Kasich Campaign Manager. On February 2nd, Reform Chairman Bill Kristol declined to seek another term as Reform Party Chairman, and was replaced by Fmr. Atty. Gen. Alberto Gonzales. On February 5th, Catalonian Rebels seized several key Spanish held outposts and demanded immediate independence or a Civil War would soon start. It's unknown what's going to happen, but President Kasich can't even go outside due  the blizzard in Washington.

This is definitely an interesting, well written story. Great job, but please add a little more humor to this! Let's give Kasich four more years and let my fellow Kentuckian, Andy Beshear, run and win in 2028. Merkeley and Whitmer also seem like fine candidates.

Omg You guessed a lot but who knows what'll happen in 2028, let alone 2025 Wink? Kasich's likely to win another term, the polls show him around ~ 400 Electoral Votes!!

Prelude to Super Tuesday:

Nevada Democratic Primary:

Sen. Catherine C. Masto: 65.4%
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer: 20.3%
Sen. Jeff Merkley: 10.1%

Rundown:

Masto needed this victory, but all candidates hit double digits. Nevada, although her home state so she was expected to win it, may have sealed her as the candidate of the Western states. Super Tuesday was nearing, Whitmer was focusing on sealing the Southern states plus some of Ol' Bernie's coalition. Merkley was trying for the same areas Whitmer was, but Masto was trying for the couple Western states. What was going to happen? Who knows?

---

Nevada Republican Caucus:

Fmr. Sec. Ben Carson: 30.0%
Fmr. Gov. Bruce Rauner: 25.6%
Gov. Eric Greitens: 15.4%
Sen. Tom Cotton: 12.9%
Fmr. Gov. Sarah Palin: 10.3%
(write-in) Sen. Rand Paul: 5.3%

Gov. Greitens withdraws!!!

Gov. Greitens withdraws in Las Vegas, NV, on Primary Night.

"...It's been exhausting, but an honor. I have developed a somehow even greater appreciation for my country from this. I love you all, I'm going back to Missouri!!!

Fmr. Gov. Palin withdraws from the Presidential race!!!!

Fmr. Gov. Palin withdraws in Juneau, AK, the day after Caucus night.

"...I thought we was gonna win but we didn't. Don't be down, my friends. I'll let Ben run the Party for now, I'm going back to Alaska..."

Rundown:

Governor Greitens's withdrawal would impact the Southern race on Super Tuesday for sure. Senator Cotton may win several states on Super Tuesday now. Ben Carson and Bruce Rauner are most likely going to battle it out for a while, but Palin's endorsement of Carson will help a lot. The southern states will be split between Carson and Cotton, the northern states and western states will most likely be picked off by Rauner.

---

General Rundown:

The Nevada Caucus was a relief to President Kasich, there was no telling who the nominee from either party would be due to the inner division, and several Reform candidates were contesting seats. The former Reform Party Chairman Bill Kristol had come up with the strategy of not contesting seats whose members refused to obstruct the Reform Party, and only went after potential pickups. In Catalonia, the Spanish Government has agreed to allow one final referendum next month, but the result will most likely be Catalonian independence. A similar movement has been brought up in Belgium, and political protests have started to swarm the nation. By the end of the decade, will a new Europe exist?

Probably Merkely, though I might've been convinced to vote for Kasich if he seemed endangered. It'd be a protest vote for his far right cabinet members, most likely.

Democratic Super Tuesday Rundown:

Senator Jeff Merkley and Governor Whitmer were the real winners of Super Tuesday. Senator Masto refuse to withdraw, stating she was going to stay in until the Western states voted. Senator Merkley was regarded as the establishment candidate, yet did well in progressive strongholds and among African Americans. Governor Whitmer touted herself as a progressive, but many voters had their doubts. Senator Masto was a bit more moderate, and Hispanics loved her. She won Virginia narrowly due to intense campaigning in the state. The two states that voted after Super Tuesday weren't "important", however.

Intermedian:

The conventions had wrapped up. Senator Merkley and Secretary Carson had made their case to the American people in highly publicized, but yet low rating conventions. Senator Merkley didn't have much options for a running mate, so Representative Moulton was basically the highest he could do, most likely just trying to get name recognition for a 2028 run. Secretary Carson decided to choose Representative Greg Gianforte as running mate due to the same problem as Merkley, though Carson originally wanted to pick Bush or Zinke. The American people loved Kasich, everything about him, everything he's done. President Kasich was about to tackle two other issues: Healthcare and Free College. But then Mother Nature struck: Hurricane David slammed into southern Florida and caused a lot of damage, as a category 3 hurricane. Despite numerous pro environment policies passed under Kasich, this was bound to happen. The damage seemed to look as if it was around 80 billion dollars, and Congress scrambled approve the funding.

The polls showed Kasich in the lead, and America looked ripe for another landslide.

CNN Election Poll, September 1st, 2024:

President John Kasich/Vice President John Hickenlooper: 291 Electoral Votes, 45.6%
Senator Jeff Merkley/Representative Seth Moulton: 98 Electoral Votes, 29.0%
Former Secretary Ben Carson/Representative Greg Gianforte: 69 Electoral Votes, 24.1%
Tossup: 80 Electoral Votes

Undecided: 1.3%

The Debates:

All three major party candidates were included into the debates, the first one resulted into a win for Senator Merkley, the President appeared off guard while Carson appeared like an "old sleepy man" according to even Republican strategists. The second debate saw the President much more prepped, and defending his record vehemently while praising his accomplishments, catching Senator Merkley off guard. In the third and final debate, Secretary Carson referred to President Kasich as "President Trump" a few times, and was called out by both Merkley and Kasich, and Carson apologized but the gaffe was fatal. President Kasich seemed ready for his decisive re-election victory, and it seemed he may win by more than he was elected with at first. Then, tragedy struck in New York. 13 innocent people were shot by a crazed gunman in Times Square, and the gun control question popped up again. Representative Moulton, the Democratic Vice Presidential choice refused to go to a moment of silence in his Congress, as he had in the past, and it was covered and panned by the news extensively. The only question was, how much would the President win by?

Going into Election Night...

"We're going to win this for America! We've reformed Washington in just four years, and I promise you with another four we can reform the whole system!!!"

"Hold up your old Bernie signs, Burlington, we're gonna truly reform America in a progressive direction!!!"

"Please vote for me for a true conservative future!!!! Let's not forget the past, let's embrace it."

Kasich, Merkley, or Carson?

The Victory:

President John Kasich/Vice President John Hickenlooper: 378 Electoral Votes, 52.4%
Senator Jeff Merkley/Representative Seth Moulton: 84 Electoral Votes, 27.6%
Fmr. Secretary Ben Carson/Representative Greg Gianforte: 76 Electoral Votes, 19.1%
Fmr. WH. Strategist Steve Bannon/Fmr. KKK Grand Wizard David Duke: 0 Electoral Votes, 0.5%

The known and well predicted had finally become reality, and fact. The 46th President won Re-election overwhelmingly, crushing the two political elite parties once again. America was ready for all of the Reform Party Agenda.

The Inauguration:

John Kasich's re-inauguration couldn't have gone smoother. Reports of nearly two to three million attending were most likely and in all probability, true. The President outlined his incentive to pass universal healthcare, free college, and then some more moderate proposals. A reshuffling of his Cabinet was in order, to pursue these goals. And the President's smile captivated Americans. It gave them hope. Though Kasich was older, it gave them a Kennedyesque feeling about the country. America had given him his mandate.

John Kasich Approval Rating:

Approve: 71.9%
Disapprove: 19.1%
Don't know: 9.0%

Disaster in Washington:

The President's mandate was moving forward. Forty billion dollars to provide free college for every American with above a 2.5 GPA had passed, and The President, and the American people for that matter, couldn't be happier. The President was attending a luncheon with some Reform Party Congressmen who had been instrumental in getting Free College passed. As the President walked into his limousine, a radical right wing blogger fired his pistol into the general direction where the President was. Unfortunately, the President was hit. Speculation surrounding the attempt ensued for a few hours, but it had become evident and known that the President had been hit, and died in the hospital. John Hickenlooper was taken to a secure location in the White House, and was immediately sworn into the office of President when the news broke. The new President issued a speech about a few hours after the incident. He spoke to the American people eloquently, and it was known largely as a dedication to the man who had passed, but still giving a mandate for his presidency, for the continuation of his friend's policies.

Thanks my dudes. I’m gonna continue this. I’m wondering whether to make a whole new board because so much will change, or to cover the rest of the Hickenlooper Presidency on this one. I dunno.
