To me, this bill proposes unity, remembrance of Southern history and the Civil War and seeks a multilateral history, not a Confederate-only viewpoint.

So basically, the bill gets rid of the Stars and Bars in the Chamber of Delegates, but flies it along with Union Flag, right?

This seems like a good idea, especially when you consider that post-reset the South has multiple states that were part of the Union.
