Former Goldman Sachs CEO and former U.S. Ambassador to Germany Phil Murphy wins the 2017 NJ Democratic gubernatorial primary over Assemblyman John Wisniewski (D-Middlesex) and former Treasury official Jim Johnson. Who wins?

Ciattarelli keeps it much closer with no Christie taint and a strong campaign, but in the end Murphy has way too much money and the party machine behind him. Murphy wins by 5-7%, but Ciiattarelli parlays that into an eventual run for Congress in a friendly district.
