No, any any organization of employees should have the right to unionize. Besides we shouldn’t be discriminating against which unions gets what rights.

No. Joining a union is a constitutional right. No government has any right to ban public sector unions (or private sector unions).

But I don't always like what the police unions do, especially when they defend racist cops who kill people.

Yes, all unions should be banned. They only harm business and are susceptible for corruption. Neither is good.
