Not sure if this belongs in this section or not (sorry if I'm wrong).

So what would a US presidential election look like if everyone voted?  Maps please, if possible.

It would probably be pretty favorable to the Democrats. Voter turnout is higher among those who are: white, college educated, older, wealthier, and more religious. These latter groups don't vote as much as the former groups: minorities, non college educated, younger, poorer, and the less religious.

Off the top of my head, I'd think the impact of max turnout from Hispanics, African Americans and young voters would be substantial. Particularly among young voters, who in 2016 were at around 42-45% turnout (per CivicYouth, last I checked), whereas for 60+ it was 70%+. Democrats have a lot more room to grow, considering how much of the coalition currently depends on low-turnout groups.

^ Exactly. I'm not entirely sure how big of a margin of victory we'd be talking here. Maybe a 10 point popular vote victory going by 2016 numbers? I do think that the popular vote victory will be much more impressive than the electoral college win since the biggest gains for Dems would come from latinos and Asians who are generally not concentrated in swing states to the extent African Americans and noncollege whites are.

If Nevada's "none of the above" option were available nationwide, I think in many cases, NOTA would win.

It'd help Democrats, almost certainly.

It would help Democrats massively, I really doubt the Republicans could even be competitive.

Of course if this far-fetched fantasy were to happen, it would help Democrats. There clearly has been lower voter-turnout among predominantly Democratic areas than in predominantly Republican areas. (So much for the theory of "One person, one vote.")
But this is all moot because it is a far-fetched fantasy that isn't ever going to happen.

I'm now being bold and predict that it would help Democrats much.

✓ Democratic candidate: 432 EVs.; 58.0%
Republican candidate: 106 EVs.; 39.5%

It would depend entirely on the candidates and national climate. Those saying it would be a certain Democrat blowout are fooling themselves.

If Dems win Prez, House and Senate

This is a Kamela Harris or Cory Booker/Hickenlooper 348 map, but Dems will maximize the vote in 2020 in a census year.
