Jump at conclusions much, do you?  As Sanchez pointed out, we don't know the facts yet.  I'll give you "violent", and mass shooting is pretty deranged, but we don't know anything about the shooter yet.  Might be a leftist.  Might be someone with a grudge against a specific person there.  Might be someone trying to commit suicide by cop.  Let's wait for the facts.

Oh, there were a bunch of Congresspeople at this location and Scalise was just shot by chance?

Yeah, can't really draw a motive from that.

If Scalise was targeted specifically though, it was definitely ANTIFA. He has a history of ties to White  nationalists.

I really sincerely hope he wasn't targeted though. The left would have a hard time explaining why it wasn't justified given all their recent "punch a Nazi" rhetoric.

Normalization of political violence needs to stop.

Just confirmed: Fellow Republican who left a few minutes prior was approached by the gunman who asked them "Are those Democrats or Republicans?".
Congressmen then drove up to plains clothes Capital Police and gave report. Man showed back up and started shooting.
