Would their voting records really be that different?  I guess Corker does something bipartisan once in a blue moon.

Heritage Action Scorecard:
Rep. Blackburn- 88%
Senator Corker- 50%

That's a significant enough difference for funding from conservative outside groups and for me to say, yes their voting records would be considered quite different.
