After bragging about destabilizing Qatar, throwing decades of diplomacy and military cooperation into the rubbish bin along with adding to the tension in the Gulf, what will the Apricot Apocalypse take credit for next?

Please share your thoughts on what Trump's likely next foreign policy 'victory' for the US will be, and why.

LOL!

Nobody can second guess what he's going to do next.

Just gotta roll with the punches.

I'm pretty tired of all things Trump. I'm still scratching my head how he got to be President. The electoral college needs to be trashed!

Alienate another ally.

Let's be honest, Trump is not interested in any kind of foreign policy. It doesn't matter if it's diplomacy or military engagement, he just doesn't care enough to get involved. He'll default to his generals and advisors for the most part but he's basically let Putin and Assad do whatever in Syria so I strongly doubt that he's gonna start a war or act in an interventionist matter. Human rights and our allies be damned.

Agree.
I'm still hoping this is just one very long bad dream (more like a nightmare), and we all wake-up and everything is "normal."
This clown is a disaster !

Alienate another ally, repeated alienation of already close allies, UK, Australia, Germany, etc.

Just remember that Hillary Clinton would have already had us involved in two wars by now because that's what neoliberal warmongering corporatists do.

All joking aside, I think further alienating our allies is the main foreign policy of the Fear Leader, since that's what his Russian master wants.

"I will build a great great wall at the northern border, and I will have Canada to pay for that wall. 100%. Not 99.9%. 100%! Because they are really ripping us big league on trade. They send their product in by the billions. With no tax. No tax!? How is that even possible? Who negotiates such terrible deals? It’s gotta stop, and gotta stop very fast. And with me, it will stop so fast that your head will spin. Believe me".

Possibilities:

- supporting Taiwanese independence and the resultant chaos that would cause
- going around ROK in the DPRK issue
- serving NATO members ultimatums that lead to the alliance partially disintegrating and important members withdrawing.
- abruptly or inelegantly changing sides in the India Pakistan dispute and emboldening Modi to be more, err, dramatic in his moves.
- abandoning the two state solution.
- re-emphasising the anti Mexican rhetoric
- a major wave of protectionist measures.

Of course, many of these things are not necessarily bad ideas, but if they are handled poorly or inelegantly it would undoubtedly cause longterm damage.
