Jeff Sessions is the next Confederate monument that should be taken down.

Watch for efforts to extend the death penalty to drug offenses and even economic crimes. Donald Trump is a vindictive fellow who believes in brutal 'justice' as dows many of the political figures taht he most admires.

Eric Holder issues a scathing statement in response to the decision:

Somewhat ironic that the most corrupt administration in history is ''getting tough on crime.'' Trump has literally been sued 10,000 times for fraud.

So Sessions doesnt believe in the 10th amendment of the Constitution . It is high time for the courts to come in an declare that the feds have absolutely  no authority on this issue, and it is a power that is reserved to the states.

Um, this is a policy and procedure change on the prosecution Federal cases. This is absolutely the core definition of what the federal government has control over. There are several reasons not to like this change in policy, but the 10th Amendment is completely inapplicable.

Disgusting.

Unsurprising the reaction from conservatives is, as usual, "are you triggered yet libcucks?" instead of realizing how damaging this could be.

This is basically a "charge people with the maximum crime you can get a conviction on no matter what", except for those rich white kids, it could ruin their lives, so go easy on them. Roll Eyes

They can't vote if they're behind bars.
