Murphy/Lieberman

Lieberman is among the worst senators in history.

This, although Blumenthal is a very close second.

Jesus, Connecticut had Lieberman-Dodd at the same time? That has to be one of the worst post-Dixiecrat Dem pairs ever.

I'm trying to think of a worse non-southern D pairing, and I can't. Blanche and Pryor were from the south but weren't what we'd consider "Southern Democrats", but both had their moments of progressivism.

I don't know why an economic leftist would hate Dodd.

He was very, very kind to the insurance companies based in Hartford.

Also Murphy/Lieberman (sane, rational, Democrat)
