There wont be a third party challenger of any note.
I'd say Kasich simply because he'd have nothing else to do, but its unlikely.

All hail Lord Trump!
Running against an incumbent president in a primary is difficult, if this was any president I'd say the same thing.

Justin Amash may be a bit less likely now, since he voted to pass the AHCA.
