Terrible, the worst. It's often used to excuse treating people horribly or just being an ass in general as a means of "sending a message."

There's a fine line between that and:

*Milo says terrible things about racial minorities and women*
*Lots of people get offended included some stupid intersectional feminists*
and thus:

I can see the logic of it being considered a postie trait in someone you already like or are at least neutral towards. It doesn't make sense if your opinion towards them would be negative otherwise, though.
