As a result of bombings there will be much difficult (and ridiculous?) if media keeps spinning TrumpRussiaGate.

Trump killed it. Or did he not?

So because Trump bombed Assad that means Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Carter Page, Michael Flynn, an Jared have stopped existing?

Even if he had Putin shot, it would make the issues with Russia go away.

Of course FBI-investigation will go on. What I am saying is that Trump now has a (sort of) shield and media can't go on with non-evidence stuff and innuendo.. with ten articles every day without any new info...

At least now not even die-hard Democrats can seriously mention "Golder shower" rapport Cheesy

It'll resurface when we least expect it.

It's probably best that it stay low key while things are investigated.

If US-Russian relations deteriorate because of Syria, causing more Americans to perceive Russia as a hostile power, wouldn't it make possible collusion by the Trump campaign look even worse?  Pending the actual outcome of the investigation, of course.

Of course not.  The whole fantasy was never about the truth or facts.  It's about Democrat party fundraising.

Just to be clear. I am talking about media coverage. I would say that it will be less of it and it will be much "kinder". So it will be de facto killed (if not real evidence comes out).

Of course, FBI-investigation will go on.

No, and if that is truly the reason for these halfway measures than Trump is an even bigger fool than I thought.

This whole line of attack was a stupid waste of time for Democrats anyway.  The worst that was going to come of it was sketchy financial transactions.  Time to focus their energy on economic/FP differences with Trump.

It will slowly fade away unless real evidence turns up. You can only sustain a story with hyperventilation and wild conspiracy theories for so long.

Putin and Kushner are close, due to Putin's lack of anti-Semitism clearly demonstrated by his treatment of Jews in modern Russia and their prominence in his party of puppets.

Not really if the investigation yields information regarding the collusion. Such an investigation is going to obviously take years to flesh out and finish so it's not contingent on one news cycle.

It ain't over until the Atlas dems say it's over.

Based on current projections, that will be 2037.

It might quell some of the more outlandish discussion about Trump as a Manchurian president, but this doesn't resolve some of the other questions re: collusion.

Trump still could have colluded with the Russians previously before performing this major 180.

And everyone is assuming that Putin actually wanted Trump to win and worked with him because he likes him. It could have just been that Putin thought Trump would be easier to maneuver against than Clinton. And if that is the case, his investment is already paying off.

He hasn't performed any 180 and neither did he collude with the Russians over the election. This bombing of an evacuated airbase followed by 'rising tensions' is all kayfabe designed to set the stage for a peace deal over Syria.
