The plan would involve repeal all existing taxes, and replacing by these. Is there anyone who could find out how much revenue this would raise?
Anyways:
a 8% tax on corporate income;
a 7% tax on phone conections;
a tax of $.0006 per Kilowat hour of electricity consumed;
$.04 per cigarette(the taxes ralating to tobaco, marijuana and alcohol would say the same)
$.08 per cigar
$2.00 per kg of packaged loose tobacco
$1.00 per proof liter of alcoholic beverages
$.20 per marijuana joint
$10.00 per kg of packaged loose marijuana
$.50 per $100 of real estate transfers
10% on timber extraction
4% sales tax.

Again, this is for debate purposes, it is to be improved.

You should probably use imperial measurments instead of metric for things like alcohol, etc.  Beer, for example, is usually sold in 12oz bottles and cans.  Otherwise, decent plan.

I would think the same, but the current laws prescrive this measurements. :S

THat's why this never went forward. The GM at the time refused to tell me that.

I promise I'll work on this- I am overwhelmed with school and some real life political stuff right now- I'll have tons of time this weekend and I'll look up SE budgets for us to start from.
