The Federalist Party Caucus System

What the Caucuses Do
1. Organize the Party into groups based on ideology and issues
2. Elect Leaders who will serve on the Federalist Platform Committee
3. Hold "mini-primaries" to determine priority candidates for House
4. Elected House Members will thus be advocates for their caucus legislatively

Present Caucuses
The Coolidge Society
The Federalist Main Street Partnership
The Non-Interventionist Caucus

Rules
1. All members of caucuses must be registered as Federalists, and all Federalists are encouraged to join at least one caucus
2. Caucuses must comply with the relevant sections of the bylaws
3. If a member feels a substantial block is unrepresented, (s)he may form a new caucus to represent that group.

I would like to run for a leadership position in the Coolidge Society .

These are the things I would like to do :

1. Put planks in the platform which is committed in making the Federalist party a party who pushes cutting taxes, deregulation of small business, and cutting spending.

2. Hold many house leaders accountable for their promises and run primary challenges Aganist them if they dont deliver.

3. Making sure a nativist , or racist wing ever comes close to grabbing power.

Such caucus primaries would only determine the priority candidates for the caucus members to preference.

Also a note, the colors selected for each caucus are based on the following:

Whig  (social conservative, communitarian, though not so much libertarian) - Purple - TCS
IB (Regionalist, Libertarian, Anti-Interventionist) - Green - NIC
Moderate Party (Centrist, moderate) - Orange - FMSP

The first two are Federalist legacy parties, the latter was a short lived party in early 2012. Orange is also the base color for the Party's Primary color.

The Caucuses are free to select different colors, logos and so forth by vote, as well as adopt platforms of caucus priorities etc.
