Sounds like Portman is a no too, but there is no direct quote from him:

Obviously Paul is a confirmed no too.

There's 3. Don't be shocked if the floodgates open now.

Scratch that, Portman is not a hard no:

Reading through the lines of his statement, it appears he wants to get to Yes.

Heller is probably waiting on Sandoval to express his opposition before he will...Heller is trying very hard to just latch himself onto NV's popular GOP governor for dear life.

This makes sense.

To recap for positions on motion to proceed: (as far as I've seen)

Hard No: Collins, Paul
Undecided, but probably No: Heller
Undecided: Portman, Capito, Murkowski, Hoeven, Moran, Flake, Cassidy, Lee, Gardner
Yes: Cruz, Johnson

That's the sound of Sandoval saying to Heller. "Heel boy. Now vote no."

Heller is still saying he is "undecided", but I don't buy it. I think he is a "no" and just waiting for someone else to be the third no.

Probably. He can't piss off Democrats in a tilt D state and can't piss off GOPers in a state where high GOP turnout means re-election.

Heller is definitely in a rough spot. He can't vote Yes, but other Senators know this and are waiting for him to oppose so that they can too. Portman, Murkowski, and Capito would come out against this if they knew there were already three votes against, which means, barring some generosity on their part, the ball is in Heller's court.

S**t, this might get passed if none of them speak up and they are all herded along waiting for someone else in their group to voice an objection

If none of them want the blame, the moderate republicans could release a joint statement all stating their opposition.

If it ends of passing, and they are blamed for being cucked, that either means they get Blanched or that the state party does if they aren't up.

Video :
Wacky trump voter now says that TrumpCare insurance will take her meds away that she needs because of sever bipolar condition.
She then goes on to explain that if health care is removed from so many people, that it will be like a 'zombie apocalypse.'
I think this woman (like many other Deplorables) has gone ... Too-Cuckoo-for-Cocoa-Puffs.

Good article here on the whip count, and a reminder that there is no such thing as this bill failing by just three. Either it passes with two defections, or it fails/doesn't go to vote with 10+ against.

I'm thinking this eventually passes for exactly this reason--nobody is willing to take a stand on their own.

Apparently McCain is a No?

Quote

He may just be referring to the current form, leaving the door open for a vote on a motion to proceed. He should be assumed as a Yes vote on MTP unless more information comes out that says otherwise.

I read his statement earlier that he's going to put forward 3 amendments on the floor.

McCain is not a no. He's a "bitch and moan that he doesn't like the bill, then vote for it," like Cassidy and a few others.

McCain is only a no if the bill is going down anyway, in which case it's unlikely to even go to a vote.

Buy offs won't mean anything as long as Sandoval is against the bill.

Did you read the second part of the quote? His primary concern is the expansion, that goes away with this bill.
