Rodrik enters the room with a small guard and glances at the lords in the room. A servant approaches and offers him a drink.

Thank you, kind sir, but I will not ever have a drink in the company of a Lannister.

Rodrik takes a seat at the table.

Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Rodrik Forrester; the heir the Ironrath. Catelyn Stark has sent me to discuss the peace in her stead. Shall we begin?

Catelyn has informed me that no peace will be made if any harm has come to my liege, and that no peace will be made that doesn't include Ned's release.

Edmure follows soon after, accompanied by his companions Ser Robert Paege and Lord Lymond Goodbrook. The Tully man takes his seat at the table, while his bannermen linger to the rear of the hall. Edmure walks with a limp; no doubt the token of some battle with the Lannisters.

I would echo the words of our friend from Ironrath. I will not be content until Lord Stark is returned.

Furthermore, I will not be content us the West has made certain reparations for the blood they have spilled in my lands. Beginning with the rightful execution of Ser Gregor Clegane.

Sadly,
The negotiations have failed (as the Lannisters just left the negotiations tables) despite all the efforts made by House Tyrell to make peace happen in the Riverlands.
