Whats most worrying about this Court is that NixonNow could probably successfully convince Naso, Josh22, v001 to support him. Given that Kevin and John Engel could barely register their votes, that makes NixonNow's opinions the majority ones.

But this court has 3 conservatives, 3 libertarians, 1 liberal (me), 1 populist (you) and 1 centrist (Gabu). This gives it a fairly clear conservative majority on economic issues although you can count on Cashcow, Alcon and Supersoulty possibly crossing over, making it more swing. Gabu will probably end up being the swing vote.

On social issues there's a 4-4 tie with Gabu being in the middle. While he probably leans left socially, he could conceivably cross over many times. Once again, Gabu is the main key vote, and thus an appropiate pick for CJ.
