I first filled in all territories completely surrounded by one nation, and then I gave Alaska and Hawaii to Novella and Ted, respectively. I assigned all remaining counties using the follow order of precedence, which is based on how long each player stayed in the game:
1. Gass/Dar
3. LLR
4. JBrase
5. Cashew
6. Novella
7. Dereich
8. Ted
9. Kingpoleon
10. Dan
11. Bosse
There were two exceptions:
1. The large unclaimed area including counties in CO, NM, NE, KS, OK, and TX was spread as aesthetically as possible between Ted, Dereich, Cashew, Jbrase, and Bosse.
2. All counties in Dan's circle below Cincinnati were given to Dan, as well as counties technically above Cincinnati but not contiguous with their original nations once all counties below Cincinnati were returned. Given that Gass gave twenty-two counties back to Dan and I gave seven counties back to Dan, I refunded those exact numbers back to us aesthetically in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
I've stated all of my actions and presented a final map. Unless there are any objections, I guess we're done.
