What about Alaska? Does Dave perceive House districts or boroughs as counties?

On the official website of the Alaska SOS I found the official results, separated into House districts:

Jill Stein got here more votes than Gary Johnson. Does anybody think that this is supposed the 24th "county" where Stein exceeded Johnson numbers?

The residents seem to die away and no one wants to more there. I guess that's why the total vote numbers have been declining steadily...
